Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to access or use LuxFlow service.

1. Submission Requirements

• To request an evaluation or offer, you must:
• Fill out the submission form with accurate item details.
• Upload clear photographs and, where applicable, supporting documentation (e.g., proof of purchase, certificates).

2. Accuracy of Information

You affirm that all information submitted is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any changes must be promptly updated by you.

3. Ownership Declaration

• By submitting an item, you confirm that:
• You are the rightful legal owner of the item.
• You have full authority to sell or transfer the item.
• The item is not stolen, counterfeit, or linked to any legal dispute.

1. Preliminary Evaluation

Our team or authorized authenticators will assess the item based on the provided data. LuxFlow reserves the right to:

• Request additional evidence or clarification.
• Decline to evaluate or proceed if the item appears non-compliant.


2. Offer Generation

Post-evaluation, a non-binding offer may be extended. Offers are subject to:

• Final physical inspection.
• Authenticity verification.
• Admin discretion.

You are under no obligation to accept the offer.

1. Voluntary Item Transfer

Once a final offer is accepted and item is delivered, the seller (Party A) acknowledges:

• They are voluntarily transferring the item to the buyer (Party B) or LuxFlow.
• They guarantee the item is genuine, lawfully owned, and not under any lien or dispute.

2. Legal Accountability

If the item is later found to be:

• Stolen
• Fraudulent
• Involved in any legal investigation or subject to third-party claim.


Then Party A (Seller) agrees to:

• Bear full legal responsibility.
• Indemnify LuxFlow and/or the Buyer for any damages, legal fees, or financial losses.
• Refund the entire transaction amount immediately upon written notice.

3. Platform & Buyer Protection

LuxFlow and its buyers are not liable for the item’s origin, history, or hidden legal risks unless explicitly known at the time of transaction.

You agree not to use LuxFlow to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Submit forged, stolen, or illegal items.
• Upload harmful code, malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

All content on the LuxFlow platform—including branding, UI components, graphics, text, and code—is the intellectual property of LuxFlow Technologies or its partners. Use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Your use of LuxFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

1. Service Availability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

2. Damages Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxFlow shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Issues arising from third-party service failures or external threats.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised terms will be posted on this page and become effective immediately. Continued use of LuxFlow after updates implies your acceptance.
